Returns

If you are unhappy with any purchase you have made please return the item/s back in there original condition within 14 days of purchase. ( Garment(s) must be returned unworn, unsoiled  i.e make up & fake tan) and without damage what so ever. Garment(s) should not have been washed or ironed.)

Only items returned within the 14 day period will be considered for a refund. Postage costs will not be refunded. Proof of postage with tracking number is advised when returning as Bluebelles Boutique is not responsible for lost items .

SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED..

DISCOUNT CODES : If Discount codes are not imput at the time of Sale nothing can be done afterwards ( the difference will not be refunded ) So please make sure discount codes are imput in the coupon section of the checkout.

On returning please put the reason for the return with your name and order number which can be found on the confirmation email when purchasing.

It can take 5-7 working days to process your refund from date of delivery to us.

Returning an item that has been Pre-Ordered a credit note only will be issued
