Terms & Conditions

Delivery & Liability

All orders are dispatched via Evri.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. We recommend monitoring your tracking and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel or that a secure delivery location has been specified.

Proof of Delivery

Where Evri confirms delivery and provides proof of delivery, including but not limited to a photograph showing the parcel delivered to the address provided, Bluebelles Boutique will not be responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery has been completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure. If a parcel is left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at the delivery address as instructed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Bluebelles Boutique, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery address and to monitor delivery updates provided by the courier.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in raising an enquiry with the courier.

Returns Policy

Returns Authorisation

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number).

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Any unauthorised returns received that do not comply with this Returns Policy may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your name, order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and your Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number).
  4. Do not send any items back until authorisation has been granted.
  5. Once authorised, full return instructions will be provided.

Return Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unironed
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair or any other marks
  • In their original condition with any tags attached
  • Undamaged and suitable for resale

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered for authorised returns received within the applicable return period and meeting the conditions outlined above.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number when returning items, as Bluebelles Boutique cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Sale, Promotional & End of Line Items

All sale items, promotional items and end of line items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit unless the item is faulty.

Black Friday Purchases

Due to the substantial discounts offered during our Black Friday promotions, Black Friday items are non-refundable. However, they may be returned for an exchange or store credit, subject to the return conditions outlined above.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference or apply discounts retrospectively if a valid discount code was not entered during checkout.

Refund Processing

Please allow 5–7 working days for your refund to be processed from the date your return is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.

Pre-Order Items

Items purchased on a pre-order basis are eligible for store credit only if returned in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Back Ordered Items

What Does "Back Ordered" Mean?

If an item is marked as "Back Ordered", it is currently out of stock but expected to be restocked.

You may still place an order for the item and we will dispatch it as soon as stock becomes available.

In the unlikely event that our supplier is unable to provide the item and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
