Terms and Conditions: Delivery & Liability
- Delivery via Evri: All parcels are dispatched via Evri for delivery. Once the parcel has been handed over to Evri and dispatched, Bluebelles Boutique is not responsible for any issues that may occur during transit.
- Proof of Delivery: If Evri provides proof of delivery, including but not limited to a photograph showing the parcel being left at or near the property, Bluebelles Boutique will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of the parcel. This includes situations where the parcel has been left in an unexpected location.
- No Refunds or Credits: In the event that a parcel is lost after being marked as delivered by Evri, no refunds or store credits will be issued by Bluebelles Boutique. Customers are encouraged to ensure that their delivery address is secure and monitored, as we cannot accept liability for parcels once delivery has been completed as per Evri's proof of delivery.
- Customer Responsibility: By placing an order with Bluebelles Boutique, you acknowledge and agree that the responsibility for the parcel after it has been delivered to the provided address rests with the customer.
Please ensure that you are available to receive your parcel or that it is sent to a secure location. Bluebelles Boutique cannot take responsibility for parcels lost after delivery confirmation by Evri.
Terms and Conditions: Returns
- Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. The garment(s) must be unworn, unsoiled (e.g., free from makeup, fake tan, etc.), and undamaged. Garment(s) should not have been washed or ironed.
- Refund Eligibility: Only items returned within the 14-day return window will be considered for a refund. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining proof of postage with a tracking number, as Bluebelles Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
- Sale and Discounted Items: Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Discount Codes: If a discount code is not applied at the time of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund for the difference. Please ensure that any applicable discount codes are entered in the coupon section at checkout.
- Return Instructions: When returning an item, please include the reason for the return, along with your name and order number (found on your confirmation email).
- Refund Processing: Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund from the date the return is received.
- Pre-Order Returns: For items that have been pre-ordered, only a credit note will be issued in the event of a return.
